We ship worldwide.
Shipping is free.
As far as delivery is made into non-EU countries, this may be subject to further customs duties, taxes or fees payable by the customer to the responsible customs or tax authorities, but not to the provider. The customer is recommended to enquire those details from the customs or tax authorities prior to order.
Unless any other period is stated in the item description, delivery of the goods is done within 1 - 2 days (Germany) and 2 - 9 days (Europe) upon contract conclusion (in the event of advance payment only upon receipt of the full purchase price and shipping charges).

Conditions of payment
You may choose between the following conditions of payment:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (plus 5.60 EUR COD-charge), Germany only
- Payment by Sofortüberweisung
- Payment by credit card
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by Moneybookers
- Payment upon invoice (only in Germany and for loyal customers)
The provider reserves the right to exclude certain kinds of payment in the individual case.
Invoices issued by the provider shall be due for immediate payment.
In the event of payment upon invoice, the invoice amount shall be due for payment within fourteen days.
You will receive an invoice showing with the value-added tax separately shown.
